- Mener à bien toutes les études de faisabilité avant la réalisation du projet,

- La contribution au montage financier du projet (ILPA bénéficie du support de banques Belges et Etrangères de premier plan),

- La collaboration avec des organismes sous-contractants (acquisition du savoir-faire et contrôle des licences),

- La supervision et la co-ordination des activités techniques et d'ingineering,

- S'assure de la standarisation des équipements, les transports (maritimes et terrestres),jusqu'au site,

- L'apport de l'assistance technique et la formation du personnel local,

- L'aide au démarrage, l'assistance commerciale et la supervision du bon fonctionnement des process.

The implementation of an important project preferably requires the control and the co-ordinating management of a general contractor and the help of a qualified project manager.

As such, ILPA S.A. endorses and assumes responsabilities of the following services and tasks:

- Draft a feasibility studies prior to the realization of the project,

- Contribute to the set-up of the project financing (ILPA enjoys the support of first class Belgian and Foreign Banks),

- Work in collaboration with subcontracting firms (as regard know-how and conveyance of licences),

- Supervise and co-ordinate the constitutive engineering activities,

- Take care of the standarisation of equipment, shipment, insurance and transport to site,

- Provide technical assistance and training of local staff,

- Manage and provide long-term technical and commercial assistance.
