Ellipse Center: Bâtiment de bureaux à SOFIA, BULGARIE.
ILPA développement a investi dans un immeuble moderne de bureaux à Sofia. Le projet sera achevé en 2011. Ellipse center est situé sur Tsarigradsko shose Boulevard. La suface totale est de 18.700 m². ILPA développement est la branche bulgare de ILPA SA. Ce centre d'affaires répondra aux normes de classe A du système européen. Le projet comprend deux niveaux souterrains, un rez de chaussée et douze niveaux supérieurs. Les deux niveaux de sous-sol comprennent 111 places de stationnement ainsi qu'un espace d'entreposage. 		Ellipse Center : Office Building - SOFIA, BULGARIA.
ILPA Development investing in a modern office building in Sofia. The project will be completed in 2011. Ellipse center is situated on Tsarigradsko shose boulevard. The total floor area is 18.700 m². ILPA Development is the Bulgarian branch of ILPA S.A. This business centre will meet the standards of a European A class office and includes two underground levels, a ground floor and twelve above-ground levels. On the two basement levels there are 111 parking slots as well as a warehouse space.

Les "Résidences Olivar"
(Etudes et Réalisation : ILPA S.A.-Groupe TABET) font partie d'un complexe résidentiel exceptionnel, elles ont été implantées dans un écrin de verdure offrant une vue imprenable sur les collines et la mer, à proximité d'un important réseau routier (routes de Damas, de Baabda et de Yarzé) à une encablure de Beyrouth au Liban.




The "Olivar Residences"
(Studies and Realisation : ILPA S.A.- TABET Group) is a part of an exceptional residential complex, they were implanted in a greenery environment, offering an open view on hills and sea, near an important road network (Damascus, Baabda and Yarzé roads) and near Beirut in Lebanon.

Le siège social de TABET Entreprise au LIBAN est un bâtiment au design moderne, réalisé en béton et en acier avec une finition soignée et comprenant trois (3) niveaux de places de parking en sous-sol et quatre (4) étages de bureaux. Le bâtiment a été réceptionné et mis en service en 2003.

The TABET's head office in LEBANON is a modern design building, realised in steel and concrete, with Curtain Wall and high finishes, Three (3) Under Ground levels Parking, Four (4) Upper Ground levels for offices. The building was finished, received and put in service in year 2003.		 Le siège de l'ASECNA (AGENCE POUR LA SÉCURITÉ DE LA NAVIGATION AÉRIENNE EN AFRIQUE) au CONGO ainsi que l'aménagement de ses espaces environnants ont été entièrement réalisés par GTA (ILPA-AFRIQUE). Le projet terminé a été mis en fonction en 2003.

The ASECNA (AGENCY FOR THE SECURITY OF AVIATION IN AFRICA) Center in CONGO as well as the surrounding spaces were completely realized by GTA (ILPA-AFRICA). The ended project was put in function in year 2003.

Ain Adhari National Park - Bahrain
Ain Adhari National Park project is the first world-class amusement park to be constructed in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Its owned by the Ministry of Municipalities; Agriculture Affairs and invested by Adhari Park Development Co.
The project will be situated on an area of approximately 176.000 m2.
